The FAST Method in Action

Ms. Bubbles works one-on-one with each student, using USCG-approved life jackets to build real water confidence. The flotation support allows swimmers to focus on proper technique without fear.

Group Lessons and the Life Jacket Method

In group sessions, students learn alongside peers while still receiving personal attention. Notice the life jacket on the pool deck, always ready for use. Each student progresses through the flotation-aided stages at their own pace, building skills and confidence together.

1

Start with Support

Every student begins wearing a USCG-approved life jacket. This provides buoyancy and security, allowing swimmers to relax and focus on learning rather than fear.

2

Build Core Water Skills

With the flotation aid in place, students practice breathing, kicking, arm strokes, and body positioning. The life jacket removes the struggle so proper technique develops naturally.

3

Gradually Reduce Support

As confidence and skill grow, flotation support is slowly decreased. Students advance at their own pace, never rushed and always encouraged along the way.

4

Swim Independently

Students achieve independent swimming with proper technique and water safety knowledge. Most swimmers reach this milestone within just 12 lessons!

Learn to Swim in 12 Lessons

Our proven FAST method helps most students achieve independent swimming within just 12 lessons. That is not a marketing promise, it is a track record backed by over 15 years of teaching swimmers of all ages. From first-time swimmers to adults who have avoided the water for decades, the flotation-aided approach works.
